I'm thinking the guy who replaced it ahould have gotten a whole new setup, or would know where to get them at least. I would ask, or look online for someone who carries these liners and steps to see where they direct you. I would think that should be fairly easy to find.

Indeed it is, but sounds like you need a new membrane or whatever type pad. Don't feel alone, my Pentair remote has seperation issues, but it does still function correctly. Still gives a bad impression as it happened early on mine.

Should be covered if its something like that and you got the 3 year plan. Sorry to ask the dumb question, but I have forgotten to change the temp setting on my remote...but have fortunately caught it in time before something this big happened. That stinks, and I know how it is spending money on...

If someone doesn't answer you here, I would call him and tech support until I got an answer on how to take care of this. They should have explained it when they were there, IMO.

Honestly, I think you're better off finding a brand new board setup and going with that over working with this setup. I don't feel optimistic about you finding another one to match that but I could be wrong. The new boards with leaf springs are quite good, and very springy, especially if you go...

They sell a patch liquid and it works pretty good. You can call them and ask if there is a paint or something that would work because what they sell is tiny. As far as I know based on what I bought there. Likely, better to buy a new one, even though it stings a little. Good stuff. But it isn't...

Ok, good deal. I am a fan of heater bypassing. If you ever have a pH excursion, or just don't want the heater in the loop for some reason, I think its nice to have.

Welcome to TFP! I'm not sure what to suggest as a replacement, but give inyopools a call, and see if they don't have the part. Or at least the suggestion of whatbto replace it with. I'm betting they can help.

Welcome to TFP! Try some Amdro granules. Pretty good stuff for killing all kinds of them. Made for Fire Ants, but it works on others I promise. Easy to use too. Very easy.

We really don't endorse brands, but if you read around the forum, Rheem/Raypak, and Pentair seem to get the best reviews. I have a Rheem and have had zero issues with mine. My buddy with a Pentair not far from me...same thing, and he has a Spa on his as well. Take your pick, but its hard to go...
