Heat Siphon error code no pod

Hello all,
I have benefited greatly from this forum, as I am a new pool owner, but I just set up an Acct, because I can't seem to find a solution to my scenario. I have the Heat siphon Z series (model:Z375HP) heat pump and it works like a champ and heats our pool very efficiently. However, it doesn't want to shut off when the pre-set temp is reached and I get the "no pod" error code. I know that means it is not communicating with our control panel, but I'm wondering if there is a simple fix i'm missing, or if I should call my pool guy and have him tackle it?
