HELP - The house we bought has major issues - Old vinyl liner, massive leak, wall heave / bowing - How can we fix it, and what do we do?

Thanks for the advice!
Yeah I really would love to pump off the water at least to the level of the shallow end tear and rip. As then there is less water draining under the house as I could drain the water much further away from the house.
Do you think that would possibly compromise the structure at all? Or are vinyl pools effectively an open structure as my understanding is they are non water tight seams between the bottom and the metal side walls.

Also can I just get in a mini excavator and dig up around the pool or is there vital bracing that runs out the back end of the steel siding that we would need to be careful of?

At this point I am expecting to rip up the deck, dig down with an excavator, then leave it to the pool people to brace it and put in new coping and viny liner and replace the lines and returns and skimmer and then have our contractor pour new concrete as I was hoping to pour new concrete in other areas of our house as well. Does that seem reasonable?
I don’t know enough about liner pools to advise on that portion. Some have metal walls with seemingly not much bracing and I’ve seen others that pour a giant concrete footing around the base of the walls. Maybe someone more knowledgeable than me can comment on details.

New 2025 Beatbot Aquasense 2 owner - First impressions...

Curious about the "wireless charging". Won't the contacts corrode from a salt pool? Or are you supposed to dry it before placing it on the charger? I'm thinking you could put a piece of 50 micron aquarium filter material in the basket to trap finer debris. Does the handle get in the way when emptying leaves?
Funny that you mentioned it....just last week noticed the contact edges on the unit have developed a slight rust. Their tech support said this was normal and just to scrub and clean it (which it did come off). While slightly concerning, they did mention that if needed, they'd replace the unit w a new one immediately. So that was nice of them to mention it, but it's not something a nylon brush can't fix.

I'll look into the 50 micron filter material. And the handle doesn't get in the way.

Sheer Decent Hose

Show all connections for the run of flex. The fitting that the flex has released itself from seems to have more going on than just a broken glue joint. It appears the flex line has torn. It should be re-plumbed with schedule 40 for pressure….the wall may need to be opened to reveal if the fitting is useable or not. Flex hose was not the correct choice for the application.

Pentair Mastertemp 400 not turning on from Easy TouchPanel

Ok, I’m new here, but have had my easy touch system since 2007. I have a whisper flow variable speed pump and a mastertemp 400 Heater. Finally got around to repairing my heater leak at the manifold, replace new heater board, and the heater won’t activate. No board power. I jumpered the firemen switch and got power to the heater board. Spa on /off, pool on/off. No error code but “Service System” LCD on. Tracing back to the easy touch panel, 27 watts on the green and yellow wires at the heater power port port on the easy touch control panel board. Diagnostic error code was 146 initially, however I located loose connections on the J20 green and yellow wires and tightened the connections. Self diagnostic read error code 46 now. I heard all three relays trip during the diagnostic. Circuit breakers aren’t thrown. I checked all the screw connections on the board, and also checked the relay connections which were snug. With circuit breakers off I used my volt ohm meter on the coil legs of every relay and read 300 ohms. So at this point I’m at a loss. My guess is I have a bad chip on the board or a bad board. What else can I check to narrow this down? Your help is appreciated. Attached are photos.

What was the CYA then and what is it now?

What exact product was added and how much product was added?

Please post a full set of test results.
The company tested very little cya at opening- close to zero. With our test kit and test strips we came up with same readings. We used the attached product at end of pool season at recommendation of previous company. From memory it knocked measured cya by a good chunk but still over 100 so we were going to use it again but now no/minimum CYA
