I added the SWG. No more measuring chlorine, just turn the dial. I installed automatic watering for my potted plants. The Robot keeps the bottom extra clean.

What does everyone do with all the extra time? Do you scrub your walls more often? Make margaritas? Actually get in the pool?

After testing FC using the DPD kit for a few weeks and realizing its 6.5 or 7 everyday I only test a few times a week.
Like you said the Dolphin does a great job cleaning the bottom and scrubbing the tile line so all I do is empty the skimmers and the robots basket every few days.

makes life so much easier..WE shouldn't have near as many ( if any ) algae attacks since the level stays even 24x7x365 now.

Swim, get out the plastic drink glasses for your favorite beverage... but do check the chemistry every now and then. Sooner or later you'll at very least need to make adjustments or find something went wrong. One thing I was surprised by is how our monsoons drive down salt quicker than I thought. Houston isn't that different as I recall. Also even though it's slow CYA seems to drop down to 50 every other month or so. I find it's way easier to run most tests at the pool edge. Most of the time you'll find all is well... keep swimming!
