My middle son likes Angry Orchard Apple ale. He mixes it with Fireball whiskey and calls it Angry Balls. Says it tastes like apple pie. I didn't take a picture but I prepared chicken wings in my CPE last night. Pressure cook the wings and then throw them under the broiler to crisp the skin, drench them in a blend of Kroger wing sauce and Cajun Power Garlic sauce. Good stuff!

Those short ribs look AMAZING!

Passed out after my golf round and didn't get a chance to cook anything this weekend. I'll check in this upcoming weekend :)

Any golfers in here? Nothing better than passing out in the pool after a round (my wife would disagree haha).

can i ask how you do them cause the california grill in disney always has a BBQ'ed fillet that we used to always get when we ate there. then they "reimagined" the restaurant and took it off the menu for more pretty looking food that doesn't taste as good.

BBQ'd pork steaks. My dad grew up around St Louis and we had these regularly as a kid. Still love them today.

Tried a new trick with chicken...

Cut it whole chicken in half, stuffed just a few small sprigs of rosemary under the skin, coated with mustard, sprinkled the dust I use for ribs and a little pepper flakes. Put bird in fridge for about 4 hours. Instead of cooking on the grates I put the two halves on the warming rack for 30 min then flipped and repeated. Results...one very juicy and tasty chicken!

I dust them with a good rub then smoke them with cherry for about an hour at 300-350. Get a new batch of hot charcoal to sear them then slather on some BBQ sauce and let it caramelize. Take them to 180 IT. Delish.
