Program the pump to ramp up the rpms at the end and/or the beginning of each full run to remove most of the air.

Pull the O-ring fully out of the lid, clean slot inside the clear lid, clean and grease the O-ring, clean and grease the pump drain plug O-rings, clean and grease the pump union seals too. You probably already did that but it seemed to help my concerns. :cheers:
