Looks like there may be an issue with their ecommerce provider. Hang tight for a while. I will ping them and senior staff here. Given that TFTestkits is east coast based and it's almost 11:30pm EST, it may be tomorrow before they see this message.

Probably not the right spot for this question, but when I try to go to tftestkits.com, I get redirected to corecommerce.com? Tried a link from this site and nothing came up. Does anyone know the status of the site? Needing to get some ahh-some, and doing my best to stay away from Amazon...

Thanks all.. Just placed my order: TF-100, Taylor K-1766 Salt Test, and the Standard solution sample to try to make this a little less subjective..
It is up and running now. Happy to wait and give them my business! Great customer service.

I placed my order this morning, to replace the bad chlorine reagent I just received off of Amazon.
The Amazon one was a Taylor reagent, didnt expire until 2021, and I was already ordering something off of amazon so it was so easy to just add it to my cart. Yet when I use it, it consistently shows me with <1 ppm of chlorine. I was a little freaked out and added some liquid chlorine the last few days until I figured out it was the Amazon reagent.
Amazon reagent is on the left, showing <1 ppm. My TF 100 on the right confirmed I am at 11.5
