PVC leak in gunite shell?

Has anybody ever had a PVC pipe that is embedded in the gunite shell start to leak after a year or so?

It would be very unusual for that to happen.

Can you describe the situation more? Perhaps add some pictures or tell us about what you think is leaking and why?

Usually not the pipe, but a fitting, especially a 45. Leak detection companies will tell you they are notorious for leaking when under ground or in the shell.
