Hello, and happy spring. My pool math subscription was to renew today and by the looks of it, it did automatically, however, I can't input my new data. Can someone help? Thanks.

Under the “About TFP” part is an option to restore subscription. Can you click that? If that fails drop us an email at [email protected] and I’ll assist more.

Just downloaded the new Pool Math version. Very cool and the problems with the keypad covering temp input is fixed! Graphics all round are great!

You helped me a few days ago when my pool math subscription was not renewing. You suggested using the “restore subscription” button under about TFP. That seemed to work, but as it turns out I have been having to restore the subscription on a daily basis. Additionally, every day I restore the subscription, my subscription is extended to one year from that date. So if I keep this up, I’ll never have to pay for another subscription, lol. After I restored my subscription today, it reset my expiration date to May 4, 2021 (should be May 1, 2021). Thanks in advance for your help.
