Our First and last pool

Hey fellow pool owner/experts. We are (4 years now, 2020) first-time/last-time pool owners. We bought an amazing house in Concord NC and it came with a huge saltwater pool (38,000 gallons 42x21). We had the pool inspected but really that was a limited view of the condition. I think (and hope) everything is fixed/replaced and running properly. After reading a few of these posts. I still have a lot to learn about pools. Thank you in advance.
