I'll bet they are very glad they did not opt for a dark lagoon style pool. This person is a alligator in their pop yesterday. it’s on next door so not sure if you can see it

It has been a crazy snake year for us too. I usually see a couple per year but I've seen DOZENS! of snakes so far this year. Thankfully no copper heads. Mostly just rat snakes, brown water snakes, and at least one king. None in the pool yet this year though.Weird year for sure, I killed a 4’ copper head 2’ from my front door. My little dog saw it but was smart enough to stay back.
I still feel bad killing any animal but it would have killed my little dog for sure.It has been a crazy snake year for us too. Same. I usually relocate snakes to the woods away from the house. Thankfully they have all been friendlies so far. If I do come across a copper head in the yard, I would probably kill it too. As much as I would hate to do so, it is just too much liability with kids and dogs running around.I still feel bad killing any animal but it would have killed my little dog for sure.
Said pool is closed. Somebody said they can climb fences. This was just on next door for a pool on daufauskie island
I just grabbed a handful of small river rock out of the landscaping.Preparing the frog log. What did you use as weights? Rocks? My husband thinks it's a stage to train the frogs to entertain us...![]()
They said the pool was back open shortly after they posted that. It was a public pool so surely they knew what to do.That alligator -- that pool wins this thread!
