Flat out no it does not.. Nothing helps reduce CYA except a drain and refill.

Sure. It is fine to use. Costs at least 3X what the granules cost. Be sure to shake the bottle really well. The stuff settles.

Was not sure this stuff was the real deal since they claim it is a Salt rather than an acid

The pods dissolve quite rapidly. If you use them, wait 7 days before testing your CYA level.

Better is the sock method.

I run my pump 24x7 so will see how they do when they get here. My CYA is around 50 and I just installed a SWG so want o get it up some
