Its still early to open my pool but I tossed the robot in anyways. I have a bunch of dirt/silt left over from the end of season PB. Rather than kill my inline filters I was wondering if anyone tried a DIY filter to catch all the junk before it goes through my system.
Anyone try a DIY filter before opening?

Pool cleaners have portable filter/pump rigs that plug into 120V and drop hoses into the pool. You can build one or buy one.
