I'm thinking it's time to replace the cartridge filters in my Sta-Rite S7M120 filter.
They're only... uh... 14 years old. (Oops)
(I've been washing them out 2 or 3 times a season, and they always seemed fine. But now some of that fabric appears to be tearing and falling out.)
At any rate, when I looked up the OEM parts on Leslie's Pools I was a bit shocked at the price.
I had some better luck on Amazon, but I don't recognize the brands I see.
Is anyone familiar with Guardian Filtration or perhaps HANXER? There's also a Savener for a bit less.
The prices for these are much more comfortable, but I'm wondering if that price comes with a catch.
Any thoughts?
