I would like to add automation but do not really know where to begin. Is there an existing thread on this sort of thing? All of my equipment is Jandy.

That does not tell me what the second pump is for? Spa jets? water feature?
The second pump is for the spa jets. My contract only called for one pump, but they ended up using two. No change in contract price so I was ok with it.You probably want the Jandy Aqualink RS system...

How do you turn on your blower and pool light?
Where are the circuit breakers for your pumps, blower and lights located?

Lights - those two little red switches above the power outlet on the right
Sub Panel/breakers - just about the red light switches
Control Box - opposite side of the sub panel.
Everything is located on that 2x12 except for the switch to turn on the blower.

I have no idea. The manifold on my heater was leaking and so Jandy sent a repairman out yesterday. I asked him about automation and he said he would price it out for me. I normally like to try and tackle things myself, but since I don’t know the complexity of this yet, I decided to post here and get the thoughts of those who have been through it already.

The cleanest installation is to replace the electrical panel on the right side with an Aqualink Load Center which will house all the circuit breakers now in that panel. It will then be easy to wire the blower and lights to the high voltage relays the Aqualink will use to control it.
Then low voltage cables from the two VS pumps, heater, and Aquapure need to be run into the Aqualink for their control.
Or you can get an Aqualink panel without the Load Center, figure out where to mount it since there is no room on that board, and redo the electrical for the blower and lights to connect it into the CB panel.
You need to discuss it with the installer who will be doing the work.
