Had a pool guy come by today and said the pool is safe to swim in. For the cloudiness, he just poured a little bit of GLB Clear Blue solution and said it’ll clear up in a day. I’ve poured clarifier before without much success... anyone know if this will help?

I have a 40k gallon pool and have added about 3lbs of Stabilizer so far. And when I use TF-100 to test CYA level, I can't get the dot to disappear. Should I be adding more stabilizer?
