I just turned down my pump to 2000. I have a Jandy filter too, when the bypass is closed it goes right to fault hi limit so there must be too much water flow, I have heard of too little first time hearing too much. The pressure in spa mode is at 25 but pool mode around 12 Thanks guys!

Can someone tell me when I should see significant pressure on my Filter pressure when starting my pump. The pump primes at 3400 but not seeing filter pressure increase in first 10 seconds or so. My equipment was routed to detect a leak.

Im not sure the function of the the bottom piece. The whole spa is finished but that piece. Looks like plaster crew missed it. There was hydroban I think the plaster crew missed this when they came through. That or it was intentional. This is the only unfinished area of the spa or pool.

It was waterproofed have the pictures ywah I have the picture of the spa it had a gyroband after gunite. I’m thinking wet gunite from leak is giving gunite water to cause the problem so hopefully good now

I provided that 2nd picture your mentioning. Hard to see it dark. Here the pipe is on the side towards the bottom the sump pump is in the drain. The spa is slightly higher than pool it spills over to pool.

The leak is 3/4 cm from the pipe and ran out for a long time slowly about 4" filling the bottom of the tub. If we didn't let it sit and loose water half the way it would have had more I believe

My water stops by the fittings. However, I dyed the spa fitting and pressure tested. There is no leaks there. This looks like mostly raw exposed gunnite there is no plaster or tile. I see my spa drain at night when I awake down a few inches it actually leaks into the gunite spa

I found both leaks first was infiniti wall tile crack leak and 2nd was a circle pipe 1' in circumface with fitting over that was plastered or sealed.

So I found the leak the tile ontop of negative edge has water coming under, a five foot section is barely holding on. I let is train the 12" of tile across the edge peeling away. This pool isn't three years old. I still have my spa draining, the check valve was bad I replaced it. Still...
