Thanks, correct there are no leaks. It will quiet down when the temps warm up, but it still seems alarming to me.

2450 RPM during normal schedule, 1800 RPM during freeze mode

My Pentair Intelliflo VS Pump is ~2 years old, but gets very loud during freezing temperatures (see video in link). It seems to go back to normal for 1-2 seconds, then back to loud again. Any idea what is causing this? If it's a pump issue, I'm hopeful Pentair will address it.

From what I can tell, it's the only time the spa drain is active and pulling water. You're correct that there is no change with the spa return, since that's also active in pool mode. Should I adjust the actuator so it constantly pulls from pool and spa?

When you say close, I assume you mean 'slightly close' which will divert more pressure to the skimmers?
