Spa air inlet leaking water

Who is the someone?

The jet is clearly not the correct model for the spa.

Pull out the new jet causing the problem and another older jet and show us pics of them.

No, there is a manifold that has holes for the air and the water. The jet is not properly aligning in the manifold to let teh water flow out the jet. Instead the water is being redirected up the air pipe.

Is there a chance that these ain’t working right and not able to seal?

Ill send you pics of new and old jet. It was fine by a friend. It came out one day and my children lost it by mistake.

One jet in the pic has two holes, the other has one hole. Which is the new and which is the old?

How many holes do your other jests have?
 
@ajw22 has it right. You are pressurizing the vacuum line. The vacuum is created by water flowing throught a venturi built into the jet barrel (the part that comes out). If any of the jets is installed wrong, or removed and covered, it will pressurize. Old worn out jets can also cause this.
It should not pressurize if all of the jets are out, unless a jet is blocked off from the spa side. I have no explanation why it might occur with the jets removed.
 
That may be your issue, too much pump for the returns. That could overpressurize the jet body and send water up the air line. It will also be the death of your pump. Crank the rpms down a bit and see how it does.
