Automation recommendations for Hayward equipment

I'm looking to add automation to my pool setup, but I can't seem to find a lot of information (particularly on Hayward automation products - I'm not tied to Hayward, but I do have a Hayward pump and heater). I don't plan on contracting out to do the work (I intend to DIY the automation upgrade).

In general, what I'm looking for:
Ability to control automation from smartphone (iOS)
Set heater temp and mode (pool/spa/standby)
Set pool pump speed (preferably specific speed/%, but selecting from 4 pre-sets would probably be fine)
Control 3-4 valves
Control pool and spa light
Control external lighting
Built-in sub-panel is a plus (I currently have a 30amp sub-panel but want to upgrade to 60amp)
Ideally also test pH and dispense acid/FC and dispense bleach (note I do not have a SWG and don't really want to switch to one, but would consider it if there are no other options)

Does anyone have suggestions for where I should research/find resources, or other suggestions on automation solutions that would work?

If you want to DIY then Pentair is the most friendly. Jandy has pulled all their products off the Internet and provides little to no warranty on DIY. Hayward is not much better. Read the warranty on their websites.

Pentair IntelliCenter can do everything you list except control the speeds on your Hayward pump. For Automation to work fully with your existing pump you need to stay with Hayward automation - Prologic, OmniLogig, or the recently announced Omni PL.

Figure out which manufacturer‘s product family you want to use for pump and chemical system and then other things fall into place. Heaters work across manufacturers.
