Zero salt on Screen Logic app

This is a known issue with the Pentair system.. As you have pointed out, the cell works, it is simply not reporting the salt level to the EasyTouch.

If the system is under warranty, then you should report it and Pentair will fix it.. The problem is that this same failure has been "fixed" by replacement of several different parts.

Sometimes just rebooting the whole system will solve the problem.
Replacing the flow switch has fixed it.
Replacing the power supply (surge board) in the EasyTouch has fixed it.
Replacing the Main board in the EasyTouch has fixed it.
Replacing the salt cell has fixed it...

It is clear that there is an issue with the communications between the cell and the EasyTouch when reporting the salt level. Unfortunately, I am not sure that Pentair knows exactly why..

If out of warranty, my advice is to just live with it as the cell still works. If you want to fix it, than my advice is to go through the above list, doing the cheapest items first.
