Awesome! What kinda egg do u have? What is in the room? Bathroom? Really really nice!
Vision smoker/grill. The stainless is a Blaze Natural Gas grill. Yes, we incorporated a small bathroom/changing room. This is great when we have a party. No more guests walking into the house in wet swimsuits! We also have an outdoor shower on the back wall.

Awesome waterslide/waterfall/grotto combo! Who did that? Is it RicoRock? Starting a pool with a similar setup with RicoRock soon and am super nervous as to how it is going to turn out.
Sorry, somehow I missed this.....
Thanks for the kind words. It's not Rico Rock, we went in a little different direction. It's actually a shot-on-site and sculpted shotcrete-type process, using steel beams and lots of rebar. Its done in many different stages so it's a time consuming procecess. However it is extremely strong and durable. You can drive a truck on top of that thing! Its the same process they use in zoos, etc. Ours has seating and a table sculpted into the grotto, along with lights and conduit run for speakers. I can give you a much more detailed description of the process if you're interested.
Our PB did all the work, as this is something of a specialty of his and one of the reasons we chose him. (He uses no subs on any part of the build. His crews only. On a 5 month build, they became like members of the family!)

Friends of ours did their pool using a lot of Rico Rock.... walk in grotto, waterfall, slide, the whole shmere. It looks BEAUTIFUL! Their only issue initially was that the RR steps going up to the slide were a bit slippery when wet. It was an easy fix by resealing with an anti-slip additive. So just have your installers use a Sharkgrip or similar additive on final sealing and itll be a non-issue.
Good luck on your build!

We want to build a outdoor kitchen at some point.

We always wanted a outdoor kitchen. We been designing one this winter and will start as soon as the weather gets nice.

You will love it! Some of my best times last Summer was sitting out by the pool cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner with friends and family.
That’s what it’s all about. With a 36 in BQ , refrigerator- garbage slide door and two doors for storage. The only thing -we didn’t do a sink

SWEET!! That's just plain gorgeous from the git go..... in Omaha at that! Not exactly someplace I ever considered to have pools (yeah, my ignorance for sure!). What's your swim season up there?

Thanks YippeeSkippy! We open our pool in mid-April and get it swim-ready by May 1. We usually close it in mid to late October. So it's a little over a 5 month swim season. We definitely make good use of it while it's open!

The hot tub stays open all year! Nothing like a mid-winter dip in the spa!
