Waterway Clearwater II top lid crack

Anyone ever experience a crack in the top lid? Almost seems like a design flaw.. gorilla epoxy and tape to the rescue hopefully….

It is unsafe to patch a crack in a filter housing.

The filter is a pressure vessel. At anytime it can explode.

You should not run your pump until the filter is replaced or bypassed.
