We have three water features that works great when the pool vacuum is attached. But once I removed the pool vaccum, I noticed that the water significantly decreased. Any idea why?

That sounds backwards, I would have thought it would be the other way around..

Attached is a picture of our pool pump system. We have pentair SWG IC 40 i think? Pump is VS FLO I believe. I tried contacting the pool company that built it but they havent responded yet
