The lower part looks higher, so that will be felt.
It just needs to be done exactly right, is that too much to ask?

I honestly didn’t think about the water on the slide. Just simply saying you can feel the transition. If that’s not an issue then I won’t make it an issue. I almost have to be hyper vigilant about this pool because not one issue has been caught by anyone but us and remember I’ve never built a pool.Kids slide down carpeted stairs for Pete's sake. A 3/4 inch wet 'stair' won't even be felt.
Now if it was sliding 'up' a 3/4 inch step, that would be felt
I *assume* the gap is being explained, not the pieces themselves. The lower part looks higher, so that will be felt.
the top part is higher than the bottom,
The flow of water may be an issue. The water needs to be moving fast enough to jump the wide gap, or it may go upward instead. It may be difficult to dial in, or not even possible with the water pressure lower out at the slide. If that’s not an issue then I won’t make it an issue.
Ok there are some brown lines on the plaster just wanted to make sure.
Where is the skimmer basket?
You do not want to get junk in the skimmer line and clog the skimmer line.
