I wholeheartedly agree and it sickens me at the same time. Imagine picking up a $60k new vehicle and Ford was all like 'We suck at painting so it's a couple of different colors. The guys painting the back forgot it was blue.'I agree that it should be perfect for the amount of money you spent, but you have probably gotten the best that the company can do and it would probably be counterproductive to continue to fight with them
But in construction it's accecptable to hire someone else to fix it, with ZERO guarantees it doesn't get even worse.
