Spa water level when in use

Are you getting alot of splashout?
If not, then I suspect the valve you use to split between the pool return and spa return is still letting a little water go to the pool return when in spa mode. You might need to adjust the cam in the actuator to ensure the pool return is fully closed when in spa mode.

I love an owner who loves their spa!
It could be the valve out of adjustment, as mentioned, or it could be bad seals or an obstruction in the valve. Have heard recently of a few that have a manufacture defect, in the form of a plastic nub in the valve body, that have caused this type of issue. Sanding it off did the trick there. Let me see if I can find the post.

I can't find the thread I was thinking of, but here is one caused by a glue mishap.

can u tell me what that valve looks like so i can check that

Excellent question. That depends on what valve it is.
Perfect rmontgomery!
They could be a different color, but that's the one. Will have an approx. 4"x8" box on top with a small wire going to your control box.
Turn off power to pump, unscrew the mounting screws, remove the box (actuator) then the cap and gate. Check in the valve body for irregularities, and the seal on the gate for damage.
