Spa emptying when selecting spa

Photos of the change out of the flapper the pool guy indicated this may be the problem why the hot tub empties any thoughts ?
Yeah, the seal around the flap looks ripped and worn.

GM apologies for the early AM ping ok so same condition spa has drained down, my next thought is to add a check value in my picture below to this jet which feeds the spa with water to prevent any water going backwards and draining when the spa is turned off. Any thoughts thanks

My next visual inspection is of the 2 Hayward actuators from looking online I’m looking to confirm the upper and lower are set to 12 noon based on the below.

My question is looking at the two actuators is 12 noon as it looks like from above where I’ve indicated in my pictures attached

Zodiac pacer I just updated my signature thanks and also disconnected it and am filling the pool
Pump, heater, filter model numbers? Gallons in the pool? Type of pool? With spa? All should be in your signature to allow us to help you.

Getting better. Century does not make pumps, they make the motor. Manufacture and model number of the pump is more informative.

Question of the flapper inside the spa return is not sealing could this be a reason why to spa drains ?

Could be.

The diverter is not a "flapper."

You will only know by opening and examining the condition of both the diverter and the edges around the ports.

Thanks I will check tomorrow not sure which other divertor could be the issue will check this one first as the other one was replaced. If I can at least get the spa
Back to not emptying then I can tackle why the pool is loosing around 1/2 inch a day

Thanks I’m looking on Amazon and this is what comes up for Hayward even though the handle says pentair. Also the pool guy has been using some kind of loctite which sets like gel any ideas on the gaskets on each divertor acres
