Should I really get oversized cell? v. Hayward

I just checked, I was wrong on the price of my SolarTouch controller. It cost $225 and came with a solar valve, actuator, both temp sensors. My pump connected right up to it and when heat is called for it activates "external speed #3" which can be any speed I program into that slot on the pump.

Honestly, my cell is slightly undersized for my pool. I've had it for about 11 years now with I believe 2 cell replacements during that time. I now supplement with HASA liquid chlorine in June and July and after big parties and such and the pool looks great and the chemistry is good.
