Sooooooooooooooooo......... 93 ?????My daughter jumped in, said it wasn’t too cold
How old is your daughter? I'm wondering how my boys will do with the 54" wall height because I don't think either of them will be able to stand up in it yet. My older son MIGHT be able to stand on his toes and still be able to breathe, but not sure yet. They are 7.5 and 9 (and both on the shorter side for their ages). I'm actually nervous that they won't have as much fun in the pool because they won't be able to stand. They are used to a friend's inground pool that has a shallow end where they can easily play and steps where they can easily climb onto floats and stuff. We waited until the sun set to get the stairs in! My daughter jumped in, said it wasn’t too cold but I’ll see what water temp feels like tomorrow!
In my 54” pool the water level near the cove is 4ft - some places a little more. The first year my son (9 then) did the tippy toe hop - now (11) he’s good just flat footed everywhere. At that age the don’t stand still so they kinda bounce around all over. The wedding cake steps are a good resting place. How old is your daughter? Edit: my oldest happened to walk by me at the computer, so I measured him - 50"!
Hey! I was curious, can you provide a picture of how your pool was bonded? Thank you!I didn’t even check today. Cloudy all day, and a short but ferocious storm... water level went up a good half inch or more!
I don’t have a picture but I can describe. I buried copper wire in a ring around the pool - 18” out, and about 6” deep. I then used a water bug bonding plate in my skimmer to bond the water, and connected a piece of the same copper wire to the water bug and to the buried ring. I used this at the skimmer and this at the ring. Same process to bond wall connector strip (under an upright) to the ring. That is the only metal on my pool.
I am still using my Intex pump so I haven’t bonded that, but when I buy a new pump I will do the same process to connect the new pump to the bonding ring.
You’ll get there!Thank you! I still got so much work to do >.<. !!!
Really? That’s even weirder!LOL glad someone is swimming!
(is not sideways for me)
