Receiving a “not subscribed” error on iOS 18 Beta

My subscription renewed on 6/1 so I am assuming it’s a beta issue. Is there anything I can provide to assist?

Well don’t tell, the issue with subscriptions is an ongoing item across all versions of PoolMath.

I’m glad you’re using iOS 18, if you see any quarks for PoolMath while using the iOS Beta please let us know. While we too are testing the App on Beta, the more eyes the better!

Mine was completely user error, because I didn’t realize I needed to click subscribe before I could restore my sub. I suppose if there’s any feedback from it, I’d say revise that language if it’s possible.

I’ll go one up on you……..should have restored on its own without any actions taken by yourself. Why in the world we keep seeing this issue, I’m totally unsure of, but I blame Apple on this one.

I’d be inclined to agree with you. I think I’ve always had to restore a sub in some way on iOS. It should def be automatic.
