Really NEED some input! Dig is done! Coastal SoCal new build

Re: Bad Tile Job Yesterday

That's easier said than done when you've had the flu w/ a 103-104.5 fever for 6 days straight and are trying to take care of your 4 y/o. :( I couldn't get out and look up close until my husband got hime from work and could help me.
I completely understand. I am GCing my house build right now... my pool build will e next. I have 4 children ages 9 and under, I home school, and my husband works away from home 2 weeks a month.

Congrats! Glad that worked out!

Update- PB came first thing this morning. Tile is gone. PB had new tile sent over. The lead sub and one of his guys are redoing it themselves slowly and carefully and apologized for the mess. I seriously <3 my PB.

That is awesome to hear

A situation like this where the PB can use leverage and get it fixed is exactly what you are paying the PB for.

Glad your PB stepped up to the problem. That is the way it should be handled.

Update!
We are working on pavers right now, waiting on tiles to have set for 21 days, then on to finishing touches/electrical then plaster! My PB is just awesome, and I am in LOVE with my tile!
