Nothing new, no installations, pump just started not turning off and now won’t turn on. At first, when pump was running continuously, I put Jandy box in service mode, and after pushing filter pump button several times, pump turned off. Then last night, it wouldn’t turn off at all, so threw the breaker. This morning, turned breaker on, filter pump won’t come on at all. Tried just the cleaner, and no go there either, I guess since the filter pump won’t start with it. Sounds like a switch issue in the outside controll box? Going to open it up here shortly.

It helps to know the name of your Jandy box and the manufacturer and model of your pump. If you don't know then post pictures of them for us to kep you identify them.
It sounds like you have a bad high voltage relay in your Jandy box. You may have an unused relay in the box that you can change the filter pump to.
