Pentair Screenlogic app help

Cannot seem to get the connection between outside antenna and inside one to connect and show temp, turn on spa and waterfall, or even show outside temp. I have reset all antennas and made sure all cords are connected properly. the rv and tv on the inside panel do seem to be blinking green rapidly though. any troubleshooting tips?

Try moving the inside receiver a few feet from any other electronic devices.

ScreenLogic seems to either work right off the bat, or not at all...

One thing you can try is to temporarily run a four wire connection from the EasyTouch com port to the 4 Pin plug on the Protocol Adapter. This would remove the wires links from the circuit and tell you if the rest of ScreenLogic is working.

Assuming it works fine, then reconnect the inside transceiver to the Protocol Adapter, and using the same 4-wire cable, move the outside transceiver inside, about 6 feet from the inside transceiver and see how that works. If that works it tells you the two transceivers are working and that the problem is the space between the outside unit and the inside unit.

Note... Anytime you are screwing with the RS-485 wires, make sure nothing has power... It won't shock you, it will just blow up the RS-485 chips.
