Pentair Prowler 920 no power

Moved from here.
My prowler 920 acts like it's not getting power. Cable is not damaged. Power supply works. But I get nothing from the robot itself. No light, no movement

Did you take the swivel apart and check inside? I used my multimeter to test power supply and the power cord at the end. Voltage was good which confirmed bad motor in mine. Mine was under warranty and they sent me new motor assembly.
