Pentair Mastertemp heater problem

Hi, first time user of this forum. Have not used heater in several months. Opened the cabinet prior to running it and found a major animal nest. Cleaned it out and heater will not run. Got a 2 flash code on the Ignition Control Module - "Flame No Call for Heat". What does that mean in English? No codes on the Control module. Unit does not fire. The switch on the gas valve is straight up (I think that indicates off) but I cannot move it without likelihood of breakage.
Can anyone provide help? Thanks

I would check that whatever nested in the heater did not chew any wires or damage any boards.

You do need to confirm the gas valve is on. Post pics.

Check for flame current at the test points on the board. Put your meter leads on FC+ and FC- and set the meter to test microamps.

Also, checked for eaten wires and can't see any damage.

Were the rodents living up near the control board at all? Could have caused an issue there. Also could be a bad gas valve as they probbaly peed all over it and this could short it out.
