A SWCG creates the chlorine you tell it to. They do not determine how much to create.
If you will absolutely run your pump 24/7 then you do not need a timer for the SWCG. You should have a means to turn it off, such as it’s own circuit breaker or switch.

Greetings! How is the Fiji working out for you guys? Your design came out great. We ordered ours around Christmas for a spring install. I was 50/50 on the sun shelf but I know my wife would rather lounge than swim most of the time so we choose this model as compared to the Cancun. Do you still have plenty of swimming space? Did you find the shelf to be a useful feature? Can you use ledge loungers there or is it too deep or too short for those? I don't think we can change our order now anyway but I'm interested in any thoughts you have after a few months of ownership. It seems really hard to get reviews for some of these pool models so you've gotta just cross your fingers.

We went with the salt chlorinator, the vantage in-floor cleaning system, 3 LEDs, 2 deck jets, a SR Smith Typhoon slide and a heat pump heater. I was also planning to sink a few of those umbrella sleeves into the deck in various places so we can rotate umbrellas as needed and also for a volleyball net.

As you do not have nor plan to have automation, a good brand of SWCG to look at is Circupool. For your pool size, a unit sized for 30K+ gallons is best. A number to choose from. Members have reported on all the different ones with no large issues with any.

Per @mknauss advice, I just ordered a CircuPool RJ 45+. It's bigger than needed, but I understand that's not a bad thing and Discount Salt Pools had a great promo where it was $1 more to size up and they gave me the vertical install kit for free. It looks like putting this in vertically will be a good way to go for what's in my install, and I can stop using the Pool Frog chlorine! Now to see if I can get it installed! Thanks!
