New pool owner...trouble with chemistry.

New to owning a pool. Struggling with the chemistry. Should I just ditch the frog system? If so, how do I chlorinate my pool?

Which is better, in your opinion? The swg or chlorine?

SWG is much less work and you can leave your pool and the SWG takes care of the chlorine needs.

Liquid chlorine you need to check FC and add chlorine every day or two.

We have swg and like it. Fairly easy once dialed in. (Output vs consumption) Generally cost is about the same, you are paying upfront for salt and swg is all.

Read up on swg though, most (me) buy one too small not knowing what we needed. So we supplement with chlorine every day or so depending on sun and bather load.
