Call the PB as soon as you get up and he is answering his phone. Put a level on that overflow like said above to show just how out of level it is. You and I both know all of the water will will go there and become a pour instead of a sheet of water 
Going with my gut I would think they need to add more gunite OR grind down the poured BUT I do worry about grinding as it could be kind of thin there and go into the rebar.
Ask the PB how he is going to fix it BEFORE they put on the plaster. Do NOT let them try to fix it with plaster as the plaster is not that thick and it will be hard to tell if it is level.
