New liner installation...resolved

Re: New liner installation...looking for feedback on whether it has been done correct

 Welcome to TFP!!!

I have no experience with liners ... but that sure does not look correct to me.

Why was the line cut down so low? There is no reason for that and I think it should have just come out of the track and wrapped around behind the stairs.

The way it is now, as you create waves in the pool, the water is going to spill behind the liner.

But, we are all just homeowners. If you want the dealer input, then you need to contact the dealer.

EDIT: I think maybe I was thinking the scale was different than it is ... initially I thought it was cut down about 6", but perhaps you are zoomed in and it is only 1/2"?

yes. to add to that why is that trim piece not seated properly and under the coping edge?

doesn't look right.

Your pictures make the hole look much bigger than reality ... I am not sure what other option there could be. They might have been able to cut it a little less, but there was always going to have to be a cut with the way your track and steps interface.
