New florida build-2nd go around!

Ive been considering using Larsen's along with a few other companies for our build. How have they been so far? Have the subs been OK or do they work like they were picked up at Home Depot in the morning? And when all is said and done, how much are you in it for? We are figuring around 55-60 without a spa for ours, but your pool size will be similar to ours!

Looks great! Keep posting pics!

Great looking pool and water looks awesome...the one end looks like a heart, how did you think of that...very cool!

Hi Agd38, the tile and plaster combination looks great. I love how your enclosure is so high. It really makes it feel open. Congrats!

Thanks Tony I opted to go full mansard at my highest elevation. It's about 13' walls and center is 16' with a 26' pano opening. I also added 2 billy bibs that arehose bib connectors inside the screen which makes it so practical and easy. I also went with a polyester stronger tighter screen so no critters get in. It is also necessary for the pano opening as well.

We are going back and forth on the tighter screen. I want it bc I know how bad the gnats and stuff are bc I see them bothering my horses and know they can get bad. Hubby is annoyed with the gnats too but is concerned about even more sun being blocked with the tighter screen and cooling the pool too much. Is it a vast difference in the amount of sun light and warmth from the 2 screen weaves?

Also can you show pics of these billy bibs for the water? We are discussing that and electrical outlets right now. I am thinking we could have the conduit ran under the deck and have the outlet either attach to the screen support on the vertical post below the chair rail or even inside the support itself if it is hollow. Did you do any outlets around the screen along with the water bibs?
