I have a saltwater pool 13,500 gallons. I have been getting flakes in the bottom of the pool. I’ve checked the balances and they are within range. I just don’t know how to get rid of the flakes. Please help.

It is very likely they are coming from your SWCG. It sheds any scale buildup each time the polarity reverses.
Do you have your own test kit? If your pool water chemistry is properly managed, there should be little to no scale from your SWCG.
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.
