Minimum Flow rate for SWCG

I would suggest you start with lowering your RPM to the minimum needed for the flow switch of your SWCG.

How can I determine what the minimum is? Does the SWCG issue a warning message? I have all Hayward equipment.

Your SWCG has a flow switch. When the flow through it is not sufficient, the system will indicate a warning of some type (red light, etc) that their is low or no flow. Then raise your rpm in 100 rpm steps until the light turns green, goes out, etc and the SWCG starts generating. Then add 100 rpm to provide a cushion for the filter getting dirty.
