As you have a SWCG, the first time requirement is to generate sufficient chlorine each day. After that, it is for skimming, and in your case, running the pump powered cleaner. After that, there is no requirement except for your aesthetic requirements. Turnover is a myth. Chemistry keeps your pool water safe and clean. The filter simply removes stuff that falls into the pool.
I would suggest you start with lowering your RPM to the minimum needed for the flow switch of your SWCG. Set that as the Pool Mode RPM. Then you can increase the RPM, as needed, for periods to run the cleaner and or improve skimming. The bulk of the time should be at the base RPM of Pool Mode. Do you have an automation system?
