Light ring is not flush with pool wall after new plaster. Is this an issue.

The ring is not at all tight against the pool wall. The one screw at 1200 is tight. Nothing holds the bottom or sides. It is pretty loose. Brand new light

There is one screw holding a light into the niche with a hook at the bottom. The fixture should be relatively solid when installed. A small gap is OK if small fingers can't get trapped, water surrounds the fixture anyway.
