I've read I should manage to CSI but should I be concerned if the CSI (.05) is good but the pH (8.2) is high?

Nothing to panic about but I would prefer a pH of 7.8 and CSI a bit negative.
Nothing bad is likely to happen where you are but you should leave room for the pH to rise, which it usually does.
