For the fountain, you'll need to make PVC adapters to get out of using intex parts. Then you can build the fountain any way you like. This thread is great for making the PVC adapters, and on the last page, currently page 6, there are two cool fountains, so take your pick and customize it for your pool!

my pool is completely full now i found that a couple legs on the pool are not 100% level is there any way to level tese without emptying the pool again
please inform wanted to get this done before fathers day

Did you decide to add the straps with ratchets around the feet? It took four of them to go around my 18-footer. Are the feet of the legs sitting on pavers or just on the ground/tarp? I used a sledge hammer and 2x4 to "gently" nudge a couple of them back in place and tightened up the straps even more.

Yes I have all these items in place I need some of the legs to come out a bit how do I accomish this with the pool full

I noticed the legs on mine tended to slide out when I barely lifted up on the top rail by the leg. Maybe your's is willing to do the same?

just raise the leg a tiny bit and you should be able to move the leg.
