Okay, everthing checks out with my account and enablement of Web Interface to 'on'. I even tried the "Log into Account" on the OCP... that was successful. But, still can't find my user on the website when trying to access via browser. Any ideas?

Hmmm. Go figure. Important thing is that you found a work-around. I hope the video helps you sort a few things out with setting things up.Well, I changed my email on the Intellicenter portal account to a non-gmail one and I was able to get things to work. Not sure what that's about. Now, I can dive into your video. Thanks!!
