How do I change from C° to F°? We were given a 2001 Tiger River Spa Sumatran Model N that is wired for 115v. When we got it all plugged in it shows up as C°. It is an IQ 2020 control box.

Possibly a dip switch or jumper on the control board.
On the back of your control box cover there is a schematic.
It shows where all your dip switch or jumper settings are and the function they perform.

If it can be done from the control panel, there should be a °C/°F symbol you can select on the temperature screen.
If not, then it is probably a jumper or dip-switch on the board.

We got it switched to F° however now we can't get the circ pump or heater to work
Was the old power supply the same voltage as what you are using?

The heater won't work if the circ pump is not working.
Maybe the pump is bad or maybe the voltage is wrong.
Check all of the settings and configuration to make sure that everything is correct.
The red HTR (Heater ON) LED indicates a call for heat.
