We received an email telling us to update our Omnilogic firmware.
After many attempts, to download the upgrade via the USB and Internet we were able to download all of components except to MPP. After calling Hayward their first question was to get hte serial number and notify us it was outside of the warranty (7 years old). This is where we are right now:
The pump works but it doesn't switch modes
None of the lights work: there are pool lights, spa lights, water feature lights,
The heater has power, but I can't turn it on. There is no temperature being reported, as there normally would be on the panel's home screen, for instance.
Has anyone ever seen anything like this?
